After going back and forth with a few of the bigger companies, some who wanted to charge a $50 dispatch fee, then upsell me on a whole new door setup, Revilla Garage Door came out the same day and made my door as good as new. The other companies took a look at my 20-year-old spring and immediately tried to sell me a new one. Renė actually looked at the condition of my spring first, and let me know that it was still in good condition and didn't need to be replaced. I'm looking forward to using him again in the future.
